Thanks. Picking up as many of my favorite movies on 4K UHD Blu-Rays as possible while they're on sale/clearance. I know I'm a dinosaur in that mentality, but I just love the quality of disk vs. streaming. Even with very fast internet, it is sometimes quite a difference. That, and I'll always have the movie and not being dependent on any streaming service.

Yes - don't mean that sarcastically but usually steelbooks have custom artwork. The ones for these are pretty meh. Generally people collect them.

I just bought my first 4k movie this year, have a sony master 4k and streaming just felt like I wasn't take full advantage of my setup. Night and day

My local Best Buy ran out of both. Got the last Cinderella from another Best Buy not too far away and both the remastered picture quality and audio are great, but I'm debating whether it's worth a 30-mile one way drive to pickup Snow White.

These steelbooks are so butt-fugly it is as if Disney management all sat together in a room and tried to figure out how to drive their last remaining fan-boy customers away. If I was the graphic artist tasked to design these I'd resign instead. These covers are so wretched and offensive that I'd rather watch my mid-90s VHS versions until eternity than have these abominations anywhere near the shelf space in my house.

Never assume anything is going to be readily streamable, nor that you'll always "own" anything that is digitally purchased. Like 3 weeks ago Sony wiped a bunch of stuff that customers had bought.
