I've used this keyboard for years along with it's lapboard for playing PC games on my big screen tv while on the couch... highly recommended!

Yeah, I saw that as well. I'm assuming it's one of those deals where you have to spend above a certain amount (like Amazon), then items that qualify for free shipping will all get free shipping.

I was only interested in the keyboard so I specifically added the shipping to reflect the real cost.

Had this keyboard a few years back. When I was using it awhile charging it would have a faint buzzing sound that drove me nuts. Not sure if this was ever addressed. Other then that, I didn't have any issue with it and sold it to a friend who is still using it to this day.

Quick google search says Corsair gives you free shipping if its $79 and above. So I guess this sale disqualfies the keyboard from free shipping even if it states "free shipping"

I hadn't read or watched any reviews that mentioned the buzzing so hopefully it has been addressed or it was a one-off for you.

lol, so i see what happened now. it would've qualified for free shipping when it was at its original price but i guess the site is not programmed to remove the free shipping text now that its sale price is below the $79 limit.

Been using the K63 since 2018 and purchased the lapboard accessory in 2020. For the most part, it's worked well for me. However, over time the battery life has declined and I have to charge it daily. My major beef with Corsair on this is that they have hardwired the battery in and it is not designed to be replaceable by the end user. You'd have to open up the KB and solder in a new battery. This, of course, would also void your warranty.

That sucks, but hopefully you're out of warranty by the time you have to do it. My work k63 battery is starting to fade

Is this as good as g915 when it comes to response time? I have a G Pro Superlight and I love it that made me want to get a g915 but the g915 barely put a sale for linear version which is close to a cherry mx red I believe. Also is the low profile g915 actually better?

If it had blue switches I'd be all over it. I normally stay away from FPS games couch gaming on my living room rig, just use my elite controller
