I remember way way way back to my college days, Domino's would show up at the dorms with endless pizzas, for $5. It's not the best pizza, but it was a staple food for many college students.
It's ONCE, not one with every order.

Each customer will be able to claim and redeem one free medium 2-topping Domino's Emergency Pizza during the promotion period — for any reason, to remedy any pizza emergency! If a customer does not redeem an Emergency Pizza, they will be eligible to earn another within the promotion period. After claiming, the Emergency Pizza must be redeemed within 30 days on the customer's next online order.

I can't find the terms of purchase to qualify. It just repeats "a qualifying online order are eligible" over and over.

Isn't this old news? Dominos has had this offer for the last 6 weeks at least.

Right? Has anyone tried doing this a second time on the same account?

Yeah, it's a repost of an old thread that's still active, but it hasn't been merged yet ,..

I'm not sure what part you don't understand. Here's the original thread from when this deal was first offered in October. https://slickdeals.net/f/16975834-domino-s-pizza-medium-2-topping-pizza-free-w-7-99-qualifying-order-valid-for-delivery-or-carryout?v=1

Maybe one of those posts will answer your question.

I'm not a mod (so don't know every merge rule), but w/ the last comment being nearly a month old this wouldn't be a merge situation.

I've seen some merged in similar situations before, even with a fairly long delay like that. The times when they weren't merged and kept as separate threads, it was usually when the previous thread had been marked as expired (since they don't resurrect old expired threads). But yeah, other considerations may also come into play (or however the wind may blow on a particular day). Smilie

It has to do w/ when the last comment was. I checked the FAQ's that are pinned to the top of hot deals, it says "If the OP is a week old and no one has posted in the thread other than the OP in the last 5 days we won't merge a repost into that thread."

The merge rules did change at some point in 2023, so not certain what it was before, but I believe over a week was always fair game.

Oh, OK … gotcha. Thanks for the info. I was thinking it was just kind of a judgement call by whatever mod happened to view it … interesting to see that there are some pretty specific guidelines like that. I guess the really old threads I'd seen merged must have had a more recent comment or something.
