Thanks in advance!
A couple of days ago got a Razer V3 X and had to return it because it always had this background hissing noise. I googled and people said I have to download the Razer app and turn off the RGB bc that was making the hissing background noise. Did that but it didn't go away. Plus I had to sign up and log into app to do that.
Just returned the thing and went back to Arctis that doesn't do that.
Now looking at Sennheiser PC37X which is about 105 on AMZ and 70 for refurb. Idk still thinking about which one to get. It's got much better ratings on Rtings.
Razer makes it mandatory for its purchasers to log in and do all that possibly to sell you data. Who knows but it's really annoying.
Great... In for 2.

The Blackshark's build quality and comfort does feel a bit better but the sound and mic were pretty bad. No amount of configuration within the Razer Synapse app could fix the muddled sound and my friends immediately noticed a huge decrease in mic quality.
Thanks in advance!
I wouldn't recommend based on Razer support. The have you post on the forum them immediately lock your power and say DM them. At which point they say you're out of warranty and there's nothing they can do.
