Do you have phones attached to each of your 8 lines? I qualified for this but don't have an extra phone at the moment. Just wondering if I could have this just sitting on my account without a phone
I have imeis associated with each line, but most of the phone's don't get turned on and just drive my actual bill down after kickback credits.
First try with a chat rep they said the promo did no exist. When I provided the ID and the internal article number, they asked if it was with TMobile and not metro. Still not able to find it. Trying with another rep.
lol chat rep says I am eligible but doesn't see the free line aspect popping up yet, to give it 5 to 7 days for it to appear since its account specific etc lol
Is the only method to checking is reaching out to tforce. And not a customer service associate? What if we don't have x or FB or all that?
It's the safest method. T force is more trustworthy because they are* US based.
If you call CS, you'll probably get some randi from the Philippines who will lie to your face to get some bonuses or commission or whatever and then screw you over. You'll be told you can get a free line and then you just end up with a paid line and then more calls and more annoyances to deal with.
Of course, not everyyyyy experience is like that. But T Force was once regarded as the go-to for any CS needs.
*note: they also cut down tforce staff from what I recall. So take everything with a grain of salt.
If you don't have an account, you can contact them through iMessage if you have an iPhone (go to maps, find a tmobile store, click on chat). I don't know how to do it on an Android. Otherwise, just create an account.

I was told I needed to add a line and nothing a our credits. What is the internal article number?
I got on the T-Mobile app chat and gave the promo ID and was told if you already had two or more free lines then you don't qualify. I have 5 free lines, so a no-go for me

If that's true then I'm out, I also have 5 free lines already.
I qualified for this and they are asking for an EID for the phone. I don't have a phone with me right now for this. Is this a potential problem?
Tell them the phone shipped but you don't have it yet. You don't need a actual phone to get the free line. You can just get the sim and activate it yourself later.
that never ends well. they don't have to honor what an employee says. there are a lot of dumb employees who have no clue what they are talking about and spit out incorrect information.
So what is your advice for that guy who qualifies then? If I listened to everyone on slickdeals then my dad wouldn't have gotten a free-ish Pixel 7 pro last year.

I have reached out to t-mobile using 611 from phone. T-mobile said they cannot find the promotion anywhere and BYOD promotion was offerred last year. They are not sure if they are offering it this year.
Anyone successfully got the promo?

I am new to this "Free Line On Us" promos. Can someone with prior experience answer these questions I have ?
1. T-Mobile rep says my account is eligible for this promo and I will receive a monthly discount of $25 for this line . So will my total monthly bill go down by $25?
2. I have autopay discount and Kickback, Will these also apply on top of the $25 free line discount ?
