Not eligible.
I've been with Tmobile for over 20 years and still can't get a promotion like this.
Meanwhile knowing others are getting such promotion upsets me,
And after wrangling with customercare for over 30 mins they still wont give it up.
I think I'm going to be shopping around for phone deals..
I highly recommend leaving T-Mobile. I was sim swapped twice due to their negligence and lack of security. I lost my life savings and they will not admit fault

Are these all with lease mobiles? How's people pay 100 bucks for 10 lines and they want me to pay 90 for one
I'm not saying I have 10 new phones, just 10 post-paid voice lines and 3 postpaid wearable lines. I only have a couple devices on my line that I'm paying for, so my total is more like $120 with device payments.
However, the reason I got here and only pay $91 for so many lines is because it started with porting to T-Mobile at the right time. Back in 2018 or maybe it was 2019 they started doing the "insider" promotion. This is basically 20% off all voice services for the life of the account. So when I ported, there was also a promotion for three lines that you pay for, and one free line. Then over time I took advantage of six of the free lines on us promotion. When moving from eight lines to nine, somehow the math on the back end changed and the discount was calculated on the total amount, so in the end it got to be that cheap.
The problem is this is going to be near impossible to ever replicate again. I don't know that I've seen the insider discount for a while, that when you do see that you have to port it in and set up a new account. You cannot already be with T-Mobile, this discount is for new accounts.
Lastly the negative is like others with legacy plans, such as simple choice, etc My plan is rarely eligible for device promotions now. Meaning I could not trade in a recent model Android or iPhone, and get the latest model for free or heavily discounted. It's only a $200 - $300 discount. However, with the monthly savings it's often cheaper for me to just outright purchase a phone.
Reps said same thing to me on same plan last year. They added it, each month i got charged and fought them with "proof" of rep adding the free line. They agreed for 3 months stating it took time for the promo and retroactive payments to be refunded.
4th month I called and talked to people all the way up the food chain. Turns out it does not qualify for military plans and had to cancel the line and refund past charges. A complete waste of time. YMMV but keep this in mind checking that bill. Good luck.

The rep tried acting like I should be happy with already having a free line from a promotion from 2 years ago. Lol, there's several people on T-Mobile with 3-4 free lines
I am sure wireless expert understand this offer. But for me this is a technical puzzle. Please what is the real offer i.e. Free Voice line and what is the BYOD? One time some suggested me to buy BYOD sim from Walmart and put it in a unlocked phone to use one unused pri- paid phone plan.
