After a year of taking part of this free line offer, you can move a paid line out and then replace the "free line" with the paid one. Depending on which rate plan you got, you can be saving up to $45 a month.
If you have an iPhone, anything recent has 2 MEIDs you can add the second line to your existing phone as a placeholder. I believe many androids support it as well.
I was not eligible, but FYI, after some time chatting I was at least offered $25 off for 2 months ($50 total). Not sure why the prompt or why it was offered, but maybe others will benefit. Free is free. 🙂
I'm on a legacy magenta (officially it's Magenta 2.0). However, I'm paying $91 for 10 voice lines and three wearables, so despite their efforts to upgrade me to Go 5G Plus, it's just not worth it.
Are these all with lease mobiles? How's people pay 100 bucks for 10 lines and they want me to pay 90 for one

T-Mobile is the worst security. It is sim swap central with crooked employees working for them and giving your number away for $100 so theives can get into your bank account through 3 factor authentication.

Buyer beware. T-mobile deals aren't slick. I was with them for decades and just dumped them because they raised my rates by 50% with their "autopay" scam.
Put your auto pay method to a prepaid debit card with at least a dollar on it and set a recurring calendar reminder to manually pay your bill with a credit card. Annoying, but it works. They are never getting my bank info with all of their breaches.
Right before, I succeed to add free line with 35 activation fee.
but after paid it and then I received $35 credit.
My plan is Magent Max.
I got 4 charged line + 2 Free line + today adding free line onemore.

I did cancel a line in the last 2 months so there's a chance they pre-eliminated me based on that.
