This whole thing is very suspicious. Too many people told they qualified by the Philippines Reps. I can guess the supervisors there inflating their new Line numbers for end of year bonus.
Did anyone get this with a SWAC-converted Advantage Unlimited plan?
I've never been targeted or part of any promo. But last year was the first time I've even heard of these promos. How many if any on them lines have you gotten in your swac-converted plan?
Is there really an advantage to being post paid anymore? It seems tmobile is 'quietly' trying to nudge customers into higher ROI plans... its just a matter of time before prepaid $15 plans become $20, then $25 plans such as mint mobile...
Was told my account qualifies but the promo availability is rolling out state by state and I'll get an sms about it in a day or two...figure I'll bother them again soon if I don't get one.
šš. This is getting more interesting day by day š šæ

Yes, T mobile reps are notorious for lying to customers. It took me 6 months to get a trade in promo corrected.
I don't need a new line right now. But free is tempting. I reached to T mobile team in X to be sure.
They never corrected mine. I signed up for two free lines but apparently one wasn't applied correctly and it was canceled. They could never get me that free line.
I called, but wasn't eligible. I have 2 paid lines and 2 free lines plus watch plan for $48.58 all in. I was told i am eligible for new watch promo SamsungS6 classic 47mm LTE for $5.41 per month for 24 months. I might take them up on that. Anybody else has this promo for the samsung watch 6 LTE?
Seeing a lot of amazing deals here. I have 4 paid lines for $120/mo all in. (2 accounts of 55+, each with 2 lines each - $60+$60) Is there a way to get in on a better deal? What promo/plan are you guys doing? I also have the home internet router for $40/mo.

Pretty sure I was a simple choice customer until last night. I went from two lines for 100/month to 4 lines for 120/month. I've been trying to add a line for a reasonable price for like three years now and I think this is the first time it's made sense.
They have good device deals. I'm still on a One plan and did the BOGO voice lines and able to take advantage of phone promotions. Got $600 credit on an s23 plus without a trade in then got $830 off an iphone 15 pro max with a trade in. Requires 2 year with new lines but it was only $20 for the 2 lines.
For BOGO, what type of phone to trade in order to get $830 off? I'm looking for 2 iPhone pro 15.
