Thanks. I just chatted with a t-mo rep and he said that the order did not go through that's the reason I can not track the order number. He tried to add a new line again but failed (probably a billing issue) and advised me to visit a store. I will give it until today and if the new line don't show up, i will visit the store.

Yes, call and ask them to check Atlas or Tapestry (those are systems/tools they use) to check what segments are listed on your account.

Jumped thru all the hoops 2 days ago.
Today I noticed a new line on my account with a random phone number.
ONE Plan $0.00/mo
MyPromotions -> Line Discount ID230289 Enrolled

Edit: Follow the advice given in this thread. Wait for the new line to show up before using the line.

Looks like I'm good to go!
Bleh Sad to see people stressing others out saying T-Mobile WILL screw you over.

I called T-Mobile and they require a Go5G Next plan. It wasn't worth upgrading my plan. I am paying $120 for 6 lines, upgrading the plan would put me over $300 a month.

I'm starting to think this promotion is a sham, I have yet to see anyone show proof of the promo ID on anyone's account, on here, discord or Reddit.

Congrats! App Chat said I was eligible two days ago. I sign up. Line showed up yesterday but no line discount ID. I called 611 today and they said line ID is inactive for my account. Looks like it's a cancellation for me :/.

Liars, this promo (if you're eligible/targeted) doesn't require a plan change

Is there a trick behind this offer? I called them and they said we can add a line for 35. I asked if my plan or pricing will change and they said no. For some reason I'm a bit skeptical.
