Anyone on a Magenta First Responder or Military plans get a Free Line yet? Tmo did have a Free line Deal for FR & Military Plans but it was unfortunately a very silent hush plan and missed out last time like a year or 2 ago? 🙂❤️

I had confirmed via Twitter that I was eligible. I called small biz line and they confirmed I was eligible for promo. I ordered and received sim. When I go to Account >> Manage Lines >> All Lines >> new line, I see BIZ SC UNL TTD + D AAL for $10. Does that mean I'm not receiving promo, or will I receive credit of $10 on bill?

I only called them once this time and like many, the rep could not find the promotion even w/ all the info provided. The guy did sound legit in trying to find the deal. For my past promo, the promo deal came up about 3 days after I added the line. I figure if the promo doesn't come up by 1 week, I'll just cancel the line. Still on the fence if I will do that again this time. Reading on other people's luck to see if I will try again.

TMobile CR is claiming this is a Reddit hoax (I read it here before Reddit) and that it was a 2022 promo that doesn't exist.

What do you mean promo coming up after 1 week? How and where do you go to see the promo showing up?

No go on magenta max 55+, as usual(I never get any free voice line promotion). According to them, the reason I do not qualify is because "I am already on promotional plan, I am a second class citizen and I do not deserve anything good from them".

From what I heard you must wait 12 months before removing any lines otherwise any new line added will become a paid line.
