  • About the series:
    • The Walking Dead
      • After sheriff's deputy Rick Grimes awakens from a coma in an abandoned hospital, he's immediately thrust into a life-or-death struggle in an apocalyptic, walker-ravaged world. This complete collection of the Primetime Emmy® Award-winning series, based on Robert Kirkman's acclaimed comic book, follows Rick and his band of survivors - Daryl, Morgan, Maggie, Carol, Michonne, Glenn, and more - as they struggle to survive their bleak new reality where the living pose as much of a threat as the hungry, roaming undead. From Alexandria and its promise of a better life to Negan's ruthless Saviors to the Commonwealth's corruption, every harrowing, suspenseful moment is here. But hope never dies, for as Rick defiantly puts it, "We're the ones who live."
    • Fear The Walking Dead
      • The apocalypse is very much present as the survivors do their best to fight the infected and work together to rebuild not only society, but their relationships.

My spoiler-free experience on "The Walking Dead" TV series:

Seasons 1 and 2 are the best in the series. Great pacing + excellent script. The acting was top-notch!!!
Season 3 is very good, not great.
Season 4 is when things start to fade, and you start hating some of the characters and where they're going.
Season 5-6 are when you start questioning yourself, if you should continue watching.
Season 7, episode 1 - most violent and brutal episode. Brace yourself! The season is a love/hate.
Season 8-10 "Why am I still watching this horrible series?"
Season 11 - "I might as well finish this awful series, because I'm a glutton for punishment."

Big spoiler - I suggest you edit your post. I've already seen that episode and completed the series this year but some people will be watching the show for the first time

The walking dead series is good for this price. I wish they didn't drag the storyline from the season where they are in the prison till Negan.

I've seen vudu $50 cards for $40 so that coupled with this isn't bad.

Show fell off a cliff, no pun intended.

Alexandria, and all that followed was complete crap.

God help you if you willingly get caught watching this show from start to end. I did it. Much regret. The slowest burn of all time. They were milking this cashcow for as long as they could. At least 7 seasons they took a plot point that could have been finished in 4 episodes but stretched it out into 16 episodes. I believe the entire series is about 178 hours.
