Take it from me and avoid these iPads. I got one, and it was not only missing charger but hardware on machine, itself, was failing. It took me close to a month for BB to process a refund for it. Wish they did a better job of actually "refurbishing," but all they do is make sure the machine is wiped clean and then toss is in a box as-is Frown

Its definitely YMMV, as I bought a refurb iPad Pro 4th generation 256GB with Wifi and Cellular from Best Buy online and it shipped in a white box, everything was in ziplock type bags but it came with a charger and worked great. I've been using it for over 2 years with no issues.

This is true! I was warned that condition varies a lot and decided to take the gamble. So glad you got a good one!

You can return to a store with these, but I just grabbed the 256 for $599. I have a new cellular 128 model on order but I paid $770 for that. If this BB refurb is a gold winner then I'll send back the other iPad. I don't care about cellular but double the memory for almost $200 less? Heck yea if it's not beaten to crap.

Just got done testing out the tablet they sent. Minor scratches on the screen, color completely worn off around the charging port, and had a large sticker stuck to the back of the unit. I was fine with the imperfections but the unit was completely dead when it arrived and further testing showed the battery health was 75%. The unit is going back to Best Buy after Christmas.

I bought the fourth version of the iPad 4 years ago and use it every day, with a battery level of 90%. I don't know how they make 75% of the batteries healthy

I guess I got lucky because I got a 256gb version that appears to be absolutely brand new minus the lack of the box or official charging brick. It was $599 and not any visible scratch or any mark at all.

I was one of the few that ordered this... picked it up yesterday and the screen was full of scratches.. terrible quality. talked to support and they said to return it. no additional discount neither geek squad can fix it. my luck i guess

Battery at 86% though, that's unfortunate, so it's going back. I'm surprised it's in such great shape for having poor max capacity.
