I tested with Zoon and Google Meet on Mac. It didn't detected the camera at all. I spend hour long discussion with Samsung support. They told me it doesn't support. I can paste conversation. If something that they have fixed since then I would try this again, I loved that monitor, everything was so perfect.
I have this monitor connected to an M2 Mac mini. It also didn't work at first but changing the setting to use the usb-c for display and using with the included cable. Restart the Mac. And it was all working. I found this thread that helped me.

Is this a good deal?
I would say yes. I have a 32" VA panel on my LG monitor and love it.
