If your computing needs are basic (web browsing, emails, video streaming) or you need a cheaper secondary device, this will do nicely.
On the other hand with detachable keyboard, it can deal with some lightweight work in lieu of laptop. Some office work done by G Suite.
The OLED screen isn't impressive either. Still feels laggy comparing with my iPad Pro at 60Hz (turned off 120Hz ProMotion to save battery). Did pretty well in movie playback though due to 16:9 ratio, if you can bear with a little bulky 13 inch tablet.
Currently this Chromebook sits on my coffee table used daily just for Chrome Cast. Much more convenient than a laptop.

it is heavy compared to tablets maybe coz it is a laptop but it will be similar to the up coming ipad with m2 which will be a laptop /tablet
it has great battery life and at home i hook it to TV to work as display with remote KB it works great in that arrangement .
i can use it to code and even create apps which i dont think can be used for development
