650 VA version of this unit was on sale for $50 in November. So this is so so deal.

This is the brand you want, and for a unit that can handle 360W, the good deals are in this $50-$60 range. So $57 is a pretty good deal unless you want to try waiting weeks or months to save a few more dollars.

Some of the better prices have been on "clearance" deals from office stores, and folks have reported that they end up getting units that are already years-old (which means aging batteries). I don't know whether these units from Newegg would present the same problem.

If all you're putting on it is routers and modems, you'd no doubt be fine with one of the lighter-powered ones that's rated to 225W. Those occasionally go for around $40.
