Cheapest options I see:
Potato Taco $1
Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito $1
Hashbrown $1.49

So pay $3.49 upfront for 3 items then also get a cravings box for free

This shows up as a Challenge in the app. If you don't have the challenge, you will not get the Cravings box. The exact parameters of the challenge are to buy any item in the Taco Category of the app, any item in the Burrito Category, and any item in the Breakfast category in one or more orders by 12/28 at 11:59PM PST to receive a free cravings box. The least expensive options are exactly what is stated by the OP, but you are not limited to that if you would prefer something else. You can also do it in 3 separate orders.

2 Taco bells in town 5 miles either way:
Soft Taco = $1/$1.79

Bean and Rice = $1.29/$1.79


The stores were much more closer in pricing if not identical about 2 years ago.

My deal is different. Due to being in CA I presume since our fast food workers make $20 an hour the deal needs higher price points to earn. Mine says to buy a quesadilla, burrito and a breakfast item in one or more transactions to earn the free box. I'm not complaining, quesadilla and burrito are standard in our TB runs. Just need to buy a breakfast item which is more out of the ordinary for us.

Yea, I have the same 2 combo and ironically have the 2 other items in my last order but not sure if I "activated" the offer lol as i had a 20% off. So, for me buying the breakfast item is even more out of the way ha and what others have noted is that the "Free" box is technically more money for less items compared to the Cravings box priced at $5 Chalupa/5Layer/Taco/Twists.

Our taco bell is shit. Always has 6+ employees and they are more concerned with shooting the shit with each other than getting orders out….
