yeah, it's pretty useless at home.

home users may find "Wi-Fi SweetSpots" more useful
as it's a good way to figure out best router placement
to avoid dead or weak wifi spots around the house.
it turned out my best wifi router spot was shoulder height
inside the corner of a hallway closet - so that's where it is.

I've had this app for a couple years now, buying it for a dollar on a previous SD. I use it every once in a while to see what WIFI band my neighbors are using so I can set my router to a different one. That way we don't overlap and my signal is stronger.

Apple does not allow these kinds of apps because they don't respect the customers ability to make their own choices.

It didn't even ask for a $1. It just let me download the pro version for free. Hopefully it stays free unless I am missing something

I have no use for it, and got refunded. I'm not very techy.

Great little app. I have an iPhone as my main phone but have to carry an Android for my tech stuff for work (since Apple disallows much core networking utilities).

Instead of carrying a laptop, I can bring a USB-C ethernet adapter and plug into my Samsung A54 and with app, get a lot of what I need done.

Well worth $1 (if not more) for what it does.

I've owned this for a while. It's fun to run it on hotels WiFi. I did get timed out for an hour on one WiFi, so their IDS must have noticed.

How bad is the data mining for this application. I see the long collection of data, but how intrusive is it?

I got excited thinking it was a $20k-$30k rf test instrument for $1, but sadly, I was mistaken.

What an ignorant comment. Android global market share is 70.29%.
