Razer no longer honors their warranty despite what their website says!

Razer products are somewhat invasive imo. It makes you register to use its software. Can't control things unless you do. Last one had buzzing issues I had to find how to fix and people said I have to get the app to fix it. Did it to turn off RGB that was said to be problem didn't fix issue.
Doesn't just work out of the box like other headsets do. Makes you work for it.

I think this is an older, non-Pro version of this headset that maybe isn't as good as the current model. The newer version has Haptics (which are unnecessary but a potentially nifty feature).

You're right. My bad. The PS5 one I linked to was not the pro version at Target.

Is yours still under warranty? Updated firmware? Sorry to hear you have this issue as my experience has been the opposite.

Same issue. What I found out that works well is if you keep your wifi router further away and not between your headset and the Xbox. Definitely helped, but still not perfect.

I think it could work on PC if you have the Xbox wireless adapter for PC but extra cost involved if not. Will not work with PS5 as far as I can tell

Nah. Warranties long gone. I grabbed a pair of Arctis Nova 7x a few weeks ago and haven't had any issues. The Kairas work great with Bluetooth on my PC though. So not a total loss.

Tried that. Unfortunately I can't move everything in my house to try to resolve a faulty connection issue. They work great on Bluetooth though. So I use them on PC and bought some Arctis Nova 7x for my Xbox. Problem solved.

No noise cancelling on this model, it's nearly impossible to use open mic on cod if you have any background noise.. that being said it has a nice microphone

Last time this went super cheap the used like new were like $30 and I got 1 with no complaints (when you first set up, you need to bring it close to console to pair...then no problems but tons of returns because of that)
