Did you contact T-Force or thru app?
which offer you went with? $700 off or $800 off?
Actually all of them, TForce through X, said I didn't qualify, went to a store said the same thing I didn't qualify and they had no record of such offers also Chat through the app who said the same thing that I didn't qualify, I finally called 611, and they said I had a green smiley face icon next to my account, which indicated I qualified. The $800 offer. Traded in a pristine Note 5 on an IPhone 15 Pro Max...
I was told by chat that I was eligible but then when I went to the store they said I was not. I left and called 611 and was given a $100 credit for the misinformation and was told they'd request that I be added to the promo.

I did both deals this week.
Quick facts:
-The fair market value of the phone you are trading in is subtracted to the promotional trade value. Then the difference is divided by 24 months. This is what they will credit you monthly for 2 years. So if the phone you are getting is more than the promotional trade in value then you will pay the difference monthly. If the phone you are getting is less than the promotional trade in value, then you get extra credits monthly that will lower your bill.
Example: iPhone 15 Pro 128GB: $999.99
Promo Trade in Value: $830 (PTV)
Fair Market Value Galaxy S9: $40 (FMV)
$830 - $40 = $790/24 months = $32.91 per month credit.
$999.99/24 months = $41.66 per month cost of iPhone.
$41.66 - $32.91 = $8.75 per month charge for iPhone.
(Yes the amount is the total discount you can get not on top of the FMV)
-This works for old legacy plans as long as you were targeted for it. We are on a Simple Choice legacy plan (8 lines for $150). Per article it has something to do with SOC/BAN in your account.
-Originally only received the Apple/Samsung ($800 off) offer through text messages. But after speaking with Customer Care, I was able to figure out that we also qualified for the Pixel offer ($700 off)
-The $800 off offer for Samsung or Apple can only be redeemed 1x per account not per line.
-The $800 off offer also needs any WORKING phone trade in. We traded an old Galaxy S3 for an iPhone 15 pro. Yes they took it. Like the article states, the phone just needs to be crack free and turns on.
-The $700 off offer for Pixel can be redeemed up to 4x per account.
-The $700 off offer will take any device even if it's damaged. But it has to be on the list they provided in the article. For us, one of the devices we traded in was a Galaxy S9 that was not turning on any more. I only needed to provide the IMEI number which was on the back of the phone. So it worked out even when it didn't turn on.
-Offers started back on December 07, 2023. Not sure when they will stop running.
-Read the article. It has the list of the phones they take for the $700 Pixel deal and every other information you will need.
