-The $800 off offer also needs any WORKING phone trade in. We traded an old Galaxy S3 for an iPhone 15 pro. Yes they took it. Like the article states, the phone just needs to be crack free and turns on.
.
And i thought i was going old, i'm trading in an s4!

I did both deals this week.

Quick facts:

-The fair market value of the phone you are trading in is subtracted to the promotional trade value. Then the difference is divided by 24 months. This is what they will credit you monthly for 2 years. So if the phone you are getting is more than the promotional trade in value then you will pay the difference monthly. If the phone you are getting is less than the promotional trade in value, then you get extra credits monthly that will lower your bill.

Example: iPhone 15 Pro 128GB: $999.99
Promo Trade in Value: $830 (PTV)
Fair Market Value Galaxy S9: $40 (FMV)
$830 - $40 = $790/24 months = $32.91 per month credit.
$999.99/24 months = $41.66 per month cost of iPhone.
$41.66 - $32.91 = $8.75 per month charge for iPhone.
(Yes the amount is the total discount you can get not on top of the FMV)

-This works for old legacy plans as long as you were targeted for it. We are on a Simple Choice legacy plan (8 lines for $150). Per article it has something to do with SOC/BAN in your account.

-Originally only received the Apple/Samsung ($800 off) offer through text messages. But after speaking with Customer Care, I was able to figure out that we also qualified for the Pixel offer ($700 off)

-The $800 off offer for Samsung or Apple can only be redeemed 1x per account not per line.

-The $800 off offer also needs any WORKING phone trade in. We traded an old Galaxy S3 for an iPhone 15 pro. Yes they took it. Like the article states, the phone just needs to be crack free and turns on.

-The $700 off offer for Pixel can be redeemed up to 4x per account.

-The $700 off offer will take any device even if it's damaged. But it has to be on the list they provided in the article. For us, one of the devices we traded in was a Galaxy S9 that was not turning on any more. I only needed to provide the IMEI number which was on the back of the phone. So it worked out even when it didn't turn on.

-Offers started back on December 07, 2023. Not sure when they will stop running.

-Read the article. It has the list of the phones they take for the $700 Pixel deal and every other information you will need.
How do you check PTV
Example: iPhone 15 Pro 128GB: $999.99
Promo Trade in Value: $830 (PTV)

Isn;t this set at $800

I asked if I was eligible for the P629 promo. Also gave the OR19519 number too.

Like the other commenter said you can't do it in store.
There is probably a way around that but since it's a targeted promo the store employees are not able to check it for you if you did not get the text offer. I tried it at Costco and a T-Mobile store and they couldn't do it.
did they tell you when you were doing order that you are getting new device under this promotion.

and showed you the cost of iphone minus the RDC credit

he is telling me I will be getting RDC in 1-2 billing cycle.
how do I know he is not lying and trying to create EIP order

Qns if you already trade in and got device under $800 off offer

During the chat - did you get any notification that new device EIP is under P629 offer. He is telling me I will get RDC in 1-2 billing cycle.
Right now showing me cost for iphoen 15promax
50 per month x 24
Taxes 124.73
Activation fee 35
I don't want to create useless EIP order for full retail vaule.

DOes someone know if these EIP order can be cancelled? if there is no RDC offer attached to it?

I just did this at the same time you were (kevin was my rep). Everything was the same as you, even the same phone. I dont think you have anything to worry about. take screenshots of the chat (but I think the app saves it). If they are screwing you, then EIP can be canceled. Had a problem with EIP in the past and they have ways to cancel it. And unless Tforce has changed, they can do extra things to make things right if you led wrong.

Thank you

Yes I have him confirmed two times on the chat and make sure he said the promo number will be applied 1-2 months. He said not to worry.
Proceeding with the order now.
He can't waive $35 activiation fee but will bill credit for $35

btw Revvl trade in $0..correct?

I think $0 make sense so that full $33.33 can be applied per month

I don't have a lot of faith in Tmobile App chat. Asked if I qualified for one, both or none. Rep said I qualified for the Pixel promotion then proceeded to ask which phone I was trading in. I asked if I qualified for the second $800 promotion and received the same message about which phone I was trading in. Mentioned that she did not answer my question, she pulled up the promotion and said yes I qualified for that one as well. After a long pause she states that she does not see the promotion on my account yet and that she will request to have it added. Lol, Guess I'll verify with Tforce instead.
