Spoke to 2 different reps and 1st rep said I'm eligible for both offers. 2nd rep said my account is not eligible for both offers.

I already bought 15 pro max from Apple that would have costed me $900 after trade in, called T-Mobile today and I was eligible for this promotion, ordered one with them $112 upfront and $384 in installments
I just called 611 and asked if I am eligible for the new $800 off trade in offer

I am asking because I ordered iphone 15 pro max with this promo thru T-mobile app chat, but all i have is the signed phone finance form. Per representative, I will receive the mailing label for trade-in once I received phone. Also, I do not have to submit any promo online. I feel something is not right.
Please help.
