I called 611, they told me Ill get 800$ off, but I dont trust them. I received esign email, it doesnt show any trade in offer detail, just shows 1000$ total cost split across 24 months. Is that normal or I got scammed ?

Did you go to the store on concord pike? I dread going there because it's a small store with big line almost always.
How much your monthly installment is going to be increased by for this iPhone? I couldn't figure how the math works for that part.

Thanks OP! Amazing deal. Grandfathered simple choice person here. I didn't receive any targeted email or alert. Dialed 611 and asked the rep about the deal. He confirmed that I was eligible, but for only one $800 offer for my account (5 lines total). Trading in a working condition iPhone 7 to get the iPhone 15 pro. $800 credit will be spread across 24 months, paid tax and $35 activation over the phone. Price of phone difference ($999 - $800 credit) will be paid in monthly installments over 24 months.

Side note: rep told me that any generation iPhone in working condition/not blacklisted is valid for trade in for $800 credit.

I called and rep said the trade in has to be a device currently active/associated with the line I plan to upgrade. I'd really like to just trade in as I have a iPhone 6s cracked, 7, 7+, and broken Pixel 7 I'd like to trade in on four lines. Also have a pixel 6a I could possibly trade in too.

Said i could use the Pixel promo up to 4 times and the iPhone one was 1 per account just like stated in the screen shots of the promo from the OP. Rep said yes I was eligible for both so I first traded in 3 old A32's that I got for free from a previous promo to get $700 off 3 Pixel 8's ($699.99), so just had to pay tax and 35 activation per trade-in. Then I traded in an old iPhone X to get $800 off a $1599.99 iPhone 15 pro max 1 TB, but I had to pay $199.99 downpayment, plus tax, and 35 so I have to pay remainder $600 balance/24 months. Later I realized I only used 3 pixel promos but the promo limit was 4 so I connected again through the T-Mobile android app to chat with an agent and asked about the $700 off Pixel 8 P621 promo and traded in another old iPhone X to get the fourth Pixel 8.
