I read this thread and found a comment that calling the agent is more successful. It worked out for me yesterday. I'm on SC NA plan so this is certainly the way to go (calling in and leaving a call back) Call late to get overseas agents (Phillipine?) who tend to be more accommodating. Got a 15 Pro for a A32 ($5 tradein value) with 24 months of credit for $800. Had to pay Taxes on full price and $35 fee.
Not to thread crap, but if you do an AutoPay to a Bank or Debit Card then you can also get $5 per line (up to 8 lines). Open up a T-Mobile Money account and fund it (4% interest) with what you expect to pay so that even if T-Mo gets hacked, all you are exposed to is the money in the Money account. I'm upset I did not know about this offer (active since June 2023) $40 off of a SC plan is just jaw dropping.

Got my first month bill and indeed the Autopay $5/line discount was NOT there. I called and spoke with the CS rep and he apologized for the miscommunication. The grandfathered plans were not eligible for the $5 AutoPay discount. Sorry for the misguidance.

offer=$800 - $45 trade in value =$755
$755/24 months =31.45 for 24 months
so since your monthly installment on the device is $34.58 so we will less the monthly bill credit of $31.45 so your new monthly bill on the device is only $3.12 only.
So, I would be technically paying $3.12 with the monthly bill credit of $34.58?

Got offers on 2 lines by calling in 611 and they placed the ordered with $800 trade in promo and assured me that I will get the discount.
However upon checking TForce they told me that I am not eligible for $800 trade in offer. However since the rep had added notes in my account they told they ll honor one line and cannot honor the other one. So I spoke to them tht I will return other one.
Next day, I was planning to start the return so reached out on t mobile chat. However when I checked last time if the promo had applied or not. The rep said yes. I asked them the details and asked them some sort of verification. So I got a text message that P519 which $830 offer trade in and that discount was already applied in my account for the 2nd line.

Again, I asked the Care agent to confirm that I was eliguble and he said yes! I asked how much I would get and he said $40. I have 9 lines (many are "free") so I'll be shocked to see which lines qualify for the $5 off. Only time will tell. I shall find out with my Jan end bill if I get $40 off or $5 off. I'll take whatever I get.

BTW, back to the $800 off Apple device targeted offer... I called back the Care rep and said "since I've been a valueble customer for such a long time would you be able to waive the $35 fee. The Rep said "please hold a sec" came back and said that considering I'm a long time customer in good standing that he can apply a one time credit. Again, call late (philippines agent) and be polite.

The 611 rep told me that my account doesn't qualify. I read that some people were able to request and they got the promo added to their account. How do I request to add the promos to my account?
