In my case I had 3 611 reps tell me that I was eligible. I placed the order and then called again to ask about P621 (pixel promo) and on that call a supervisor said that was not eligible for P621 and I so I asked them to double check the P629 offer. That is when I was told that I was NOT eligible.
That supervisor canceled that order which prompted me to reach out to TForce. TForce could see the notes from the 3 611 reps confirming my eligibility so he said he would figure out a way to honor it.
They cannot add a promotion to an account so people asking for that are not going to get anywhere. The TForce rep explained that to me and said he would do it a different way. He recreated my order and once it shipped he credited me the $800 on my bill. They only reason he was able to get that approved was because the previous 611 reps documented that they told me that I was eligible. Without that I would not have gotten it.
In your case I have a feeling that if you don't get it you will have a hard time convincing them to honor it. Best bet is to go into a store today and ask them to check your account and show you the eligibility. Good luck!

I called 611 agent again, he said the correct promotion will be applied after the phone are received and activated. I asked for him to provide me this info in writing which he could not do. So, I asked for a supervisor who said I am not eligible for P629 and previous agent has noted $800 which she couldn't honor.
I read that some of you were able to get TForce rep on X to get adjustments? How do you do that? Just send a message via X to t-mobile support? Please advise.
