For the 700 pixel deal, 611 added wrong promo, it took multiple chats with tforce that eventually switched to a phone call, they're going to fix it but said it's going to be manual but they will take care of it since we've been with Tmobile for 18 years.
She also confirmed it should have never happened but since the notes said we qualified they will honor it.
I had a feeling it would work out but would need to deal with the pain which I'm fine with since now we got a 800 off a iphone 15 pro max and a pixel 8 for free.

To me N30 was not very useful. I bought it for 60$ from Metro. But locked phone unusable on Tmobile.
