No. The rep on the phone was very clear that a broken screen wouldn't qualify for the P629 promotion. He said it could be any phone that has no cracks on screen or back and powers ON.

Yeah. The deal is definitely YMMV. I had an older phone lying around and I was glad to just have it traded in.

Added the line on last week of December and didn't get the promotion on the bill for trading my phone for iPhone 14. Reached out to T-force and was resolved. If anyone in similar boat, please escalate to T-Force

deal still active but YMMV. Rep on 611 said i qualified and placed the order and then got a text message with completely different Trade ID promotion. Reached out to T-Force and they gave me lump sum 500 dollar credit on my account. 300 will be bill credit over 24 months. worked out for me and ordered 15 Pro.

Don't believe that. I didn't qualify when on MM. Didn't qualify after upgrading to Go5G+. Either your account has the segment attached to account or it does not. And upgrading itself won't change eligibility. And from sources no apparent rhyme or reason to it. If not attached to your account, a rep can push the order through anyways (without the promo attached for real), then you'd want to fight to get a lump sum credit once that promo that wasn't really there drops off your account. That seems to be the choices out there.

I quit trying to nag them to give me this one. After upgrading to Go5G+ and traded a $100 used phone for $830 off iPhone, a pix 6 I got free earned a free Pix8Pro, and now trading in some $75 phones for $1000 off new S24+ and Ultras. Just makes more sense at this point to spend my efforts on cheaper trade in phones rather than a deal that 10+ have said the segment isn't on my account (the $700 or $800)

If I may ask, how much did they add on your bill upgrading from MMax to Go5g Plus? Do you have free lines in your account? I am still contemplating to do the same because I'm afraid they mess up my 3 paid and 7 free Magenta Max plan.
