this is like "Bait and Switch"
Did I ask multiple times before I placed an order? yes I did.
Did the CSR say i will get $800 off? yes each person I placed an order.
They all said " no worries, you will get what I told you. we will take care of it"
that is why I ordered it.
and NOW - Billing system is not allowing. so who is fault is that?
I can't even cancel it because it passed the return date and even I do, i wonder who I will get back the phone I traded in.
