I use this one, getting 150mb+ speeds even after going over the data cap on my Sim card since it's 5g. The 4g modems which are around $100 slow to 3-5mb speed after the data cap. Look into it and break free. I was able to add another line to my plan for $15/mo
The modem pays for itself and it's a router, though you can connect it to your existing router if you like.
Personally I think ATT is over charging for lesser performance.
Yes they do a lot of marketing spam but would just get filtered out by my gmail. For snail mail not really an issue.
- Home Internet - frequent connection issues
- Cell service - Through Verizon but very poor in our area and Now we are thinking of switching to something else.
