B&H has the LG C3 77" for $2249, but you can price match that at Best Buy and get a $200 Best Buy gift card.

That doesn't quite beat the recent Walmart deal that was posted for $2047, but that's sold through Beach Camera, so local price match and pick up is not possible if you don't want to wait for shipping (or have had back luck with shipping TVs).

Best Buy is currently bundling a $200 Best Buy gift card with the purchase of this TV. Since it's a bundled item, you can price match without losing the gift card. I didn't see this bundle posted anywhere in my local store yesterday, so I'm not 100% sure if it's online only (but it is eligible for in-store pick up). Best Buy Link:

Here is how to get this TV for $2249 at Best Buy and get a $200 Best Buy gift card (for a future purchase):
  1. Open a support chat on the Best Buy website [bestbuy.com]
  2. Ask them to price match B&H for the LG C3 77". They will ask for the link to the B&H listing and the Best Buy SKU

  3. The agent should confirm they can match the deal, and ask if you want it shipped or picked up in store; if you want to pick it up, pick the store and they'll check inventory.

  5. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pick up at your local store, and pick up the TV. Within a few minutes or so after pick up, you will receive the $200 gift card via email.
I did this yesterday and can confirm they matched the deal and I received the $200 gift card via email.

B&H says the deal expires 12/25 at 10:59 PM CST.

Have a 2016 4k samsung led. Is it time to replace? Hisense U8K or oled? Movies no gaming. Not perfectly dark room.

i'm tempted. i have 2016 sony 75" tv which is nice but if i want to jump up i want 85" or so to see the difference is guess and justify the spending. the LG oled is really nice and i want that but 2" more upgrade is not that noticeable i guess.

Best buy no longer gives gift cards with price match orders. That ended a few years ago when they had $800 LG soundbars with $300 GC and they could be price matched down to like $200 after the GC

can you please reivew your invoice for me (if possible) to see if your has the same items as mine, so I decide if it is worthy for me to give it a try. my invoice page shows a Apple logo local next to the digital item... Right now, I am just not sure if the bestbuy person is the one who controlls if gift card is given or it is automatically handled by the system

I suppose YMMV, but mine had a "digital item" that was the gift card. The Apple logo sounds like the 3 months of Apple TV+ that is also in the bundle.

Thanks, sounds like you have multiple digital item where gift card is one of them. but I only see a single item with APPLE TV logo. I guess whoever did the price match intended not to include the gift card.

I'm trying my luck right now. I bought this TV on November 12th. I'll update with my results.

edit:
they did price match. no GC tho. the rep told me to return my current TV, purchase a new one with the gift card and then price match that one after I get it... unreal. guess they'd rather sell my open box return and give me a brand new one with a gift card. they're too kind 😊

Is it only showing one image, but two digital items listed (one of them without an image)? Your original text post you pasted showed two digital items in the list. One would be the gift card, the other should the Apple TV deal (unless they changed it).

I believe my invoice did not have an image next to the gift card.

No, it is only one, it shows two identical text content as the result of my HTML copy and paste, they were even not nice enough to give me 10% additional of the price match difference. instead they simply gave $2249 stright. I guess the person may not even go through the normal PM processing as yours occuring yesterday. If not get the gift card, I may simply buy it from costco at similar price $2499-$200 with 5 years' warranty.
