no center anchoring screw to keep it from coming unplugged from the outlet, which in a way could be a good thing in case you need to get it unplugged fast.
also, when they dont list the clamping voltage and you cant find it anywhere online then you should assume a very high 500-800v. normally you want 300-400v or less.
