Is this the great microfiber towel crash of 2023?

At that price you can get 20 of these for each one of those. Is it really better than 20 of these?

I forgot about the tags until you mentioned it. Was a pain to remove them all at first. Will be so much better without.
I got a pack about 3 weeks ago, still had tags but they rip right off real easy.

When does the sale end? I don't want to go during Christmas rush.

While these have a lot of uses, they're not plush enough to put in real detailing work. I'm not wiping wax/polish/ceramic off with these.

If that's what you're looking for, something like the eagle 600 would be better. Yes. They're more expensive.

Do you clean that in your washing machine? I use cheap microfiber towels a few times then trash them because I don't want whatever car / cleaning chemicals in my washing machine

Wash them with an extra rinse cycle, then wash your bathroom rugs, and other rags, then wash your jeans. By then all of those chemicals are gpne!

Don't use dry them too much or they would shrink. Or use lower temp

I use them to wash and wipe down the interior dash etc; too include door jams. They work great for those purposes.

Decent enough for Paintwork. It's got an 80/20 Blend of Polyester and Polyamide around 350GSM is a good start. I prefer the Harbor Freight Grant's Edgeless Microfiber Towel ones. Unless you got like High End Car with like Ultra Soft Paint you want something like 70/30 Blend or Rag Company Creature Edgeless or Edgeless 365.
These shouldn't touch your paint. They micro scratch like crazy. All those other towels you mention would be better.
These are great utility or interior towels though.

I buy these and have come to the difficult realization that I can just toss them before they are pulverized and strained to a dark gray. Pretty much disposable at this price.

Watched a YouTube video saying these work good for polish and ceramic coat applications. Did my 2023 Corvette last year and when I wiped the polish off I was getting scratches in my black paint and not realizing it was the edge of the towels. Don't press down hard with these, or cut off the hem around the edge.

Instead of a $10 car wash I just buy these every time. New panel new towel.
