I have the refurbished one and the charger is rated 100-240V.
I owned it for over 1 year before I accidentally rolled it on wet surface and it died instantly. It's suction is mediocre on regular mode but pretty strong on booster mode with battery to last less than 5 minutes in that mode. 2 battery is handy but other reviews are accurate about OK suction.
Overall I would still recommend buying this over any time compared to overpriced Dyson.
