2020 Powerport III A2662 model - re-packaged!!
My initial enthusiasm for the Anker 336 GaN 65W charger was dampened when I discovered it was an older model, the 2020 Powerport III A2662, simply repackaged with new labels over the existing barcode. Despite its satisfactory performance, charging my MacBook Pro swiftly at 20V x 3.27A = 65W, I was disappointed to find I had purchased an outdated model in 2023. Consequently, I've decided to return it and upgrade to a similar but more recent Anker GaNPrime 65W 735 model for a mere $8 more with an intelligent power-allocation algorithm.
