Furthermore, Apple will no longer be servicing Apple watches out of warranty. If you have an Apple watch 7 lets say and its out of warranty, and the screen gets smashed, Apple will no longer fix it due to this ban preventing them from servicing previous models that use this stolen technology.

It's not a worldwide ban, it's US only. And it's not a sales ban, it's an import ban. The reason Apple stopped selling is because they drop ship from China.

If you're the company that had your technology stolen, you're not taking just a licensing deal. You are fleecing Apple to the fullest extent possible. You want a multi-biliion dollar settlement AND fleece them on each unit sold through licensing. 'Murica.
