Can I say the big white bar? Or is that racist? Wait was that racist? Wait ok I'll stfu now. Is there a thumbs middle? Guess I'll wait and see.
Or maybe you were trying to be funny. Either way, the manufacturer recommends 15 seconds, but I am sure you know best.
Lol, if your definition of bad is "it effects the food" then Sure… but if bad means "negative impact on nutrition or toxicity" then your listening to moms on podcasts not reading literature.
1. Short periods of microwave tend to have positive effects on food, after prolonged high usage things start to denature(if that's bad)
2. Denatured is just a protein breaking down into amino acids… this is what's happening in you GI, it's basically pre digested. Many protein powders are denatured (supposedly to speed up absorption but mostly a gimmick and marketing).
3. Most of the negatives of microwave have to due with things like it's hydrophobic properties which effects it how it interacts with the food (taste texture) not nutrients ion.
4. All these "bad" changes occurs at higher temperatures in the range of 70c 160F which has nothing to do with microwaves… this is why your shouldn't cook a steak we'll done!

I'm afraid you're completely wrong, there are no positive effects from microwaves.
I was going to respond with cited source, but clearly that would be pointless.
Instead a simple recommendation… use words such as "minimal, marginal, insignificant, negligible".
Your absolutism makes it clear that you are uninformed, set in your ways, and a waste of everyone's time.

Because I am an engineer married to a doctor, I cannot let stuff drop….
Your would be correct to say any good from a microwave is negligible or insignificant and not worth discussing.
But I would point out that negatives are just as insignificant and negligible, and that we clearly were not talking about statistically significant findings in relation to an individual's health.
