you can find those volume keys around this price (about 20 dollar for MS office and 6 for windows) from gray market sellers, so the price is nothing amazing.
just don't expect this is a completely legit key. (it probably going to work, in fact, i bet this will definitely work, as i never expect MS to actually audit those keys), just don't fool yourself thinking you are buying a 439 dollar key for 25 dollars

Kind of like a thread discussion on BMW features from a thread on $10 BMW keys purchased in an alley or outdoor market.
People need to be reminded that Install Key Codes are NOT Ownership Licenses, just like my car key is not an ownership paper. Yes, if you find or buy my key, it may work. If you wait too long to try it, it likely won't work. Others might have the same exact key. And if you do get my key and drive away, just like Teslas, they can later be de-activated by the manufacturer for faulty ownership or off-license use.
But there are so many that are fooled into thinking that they're getting a deal on an authentic Rolex. They don't understand software and how it's perpetually connected to the software publisher in many ways (updates, upgrades, reinstalls, and other re-checks). You're not buying from Groupon - you're buying from an international merchant. Groupon is only the marketplace transaction site for credit card processing. All your data is sent off to the internationally-based merchant site too.
It was discussed many times: these keys are most likely MSDN or leaked corporate volume licenses.
Will it install? Definitely.
Can you activate it? Probably yes (unless key is blacklisted already).
For how long will it last? Until license is blacklisted, which can happen tomorrow or in a month or year or never.
Is it legit? Probably not.
Are you willing to risk $19? Your call....

Great Value for still a fairly current version of Word/Excel. I do not like doing the yearly sub for office, in my eyes that is a waste.
