I missed this deal when it was Frontpage recently, so bought just now and my price was $9.48 (with 5+ Subscribe & Save items for the month).

Seems like a better deal than the previously posted 50 pack as Rubbermaid is a superior and more trusted brand.

I'm canceling my order for the 50-Count Best Microfiber Cleaning Towel Cloths and getting these Rubbermaid variety instead for $10 shipped; thanks OP.

Just to reiterate from my former post in the Best cloth thread; you can wash microfiber cloths but only use 1 cup of vinegar with no detergents in mild/warm water. Detergents will stick to the microfibers and the towels will lose their absorption and non abrasive properties.

Dry on low heat/delicates in the dryer; anything else will burn/melt the fragile microfiber and the towels will lose their softness. When the towels start to feel stiff is when they should be replaced IMO.

Not sure about all that. To properly care for these you really need to take them to the Dry Cleaners. In a pinch I've hand-washed in cool water using only microfiber detergent and then line-dried rotating sides facing the sun.

But you are right about detergents...will turn these into something akin to 60 grit sandpaper. Oh and the Best ones are much better than the Rubbermaid...that's how they got their name,,,BEST

Yea, Lowes canceled my online order when they were $4.37 at a "relatively close" local store. The stores closest to me were either out or still had pricing at $13.97. Either way, the inventory was low at the cheaper store and I guess the walk-in SD'ers beat me to the punch. Oh well, whatcha gonna do laugh out loud
