So? I'm hiking a few feet from the subaru to the camp spot, or the backyard for when kids want to use it. The day i decide to hike into a remote mountain lake and do it more then once, is when i will consider the ultralight 2oz 4 season tent people like you use while scoffing at a backyard tent of 10lbs.
solely buying the tent itself will incur a shipping charge, from the cart I have with just this tent, it's an additional $24.75, not worth it grand scheme of things I think but if you can get the $49 threshold (by buying stuff you would anyways) it's a great value
We have a similar 3 person tent to use for 2 of us. Yes, queen size mattress should fit inside. Remember, when a tent says "3 person tent", it's really for 2 people plus bags inside. You may be able to have 3 people in this tent, but there won't be any room for bags inside the tent. Also, the ceiling of this tent is lower which means you can't stand inside the tent to change clothes. We lay/sit down to change clothes in our low ceiling tent. My 6'2" tall husband is not excited about that feature.
Is he comfortable sleeping in it? It must be super small head to toe lying down?

He sleeps OK, I suppose. We put queen size air mattress on side way, so the side of the air mattress is facing the front door opening. We don't have this exact tent and I am not sure how big (measurements) our tent is, but I remember it's a 3 person tent. (Our bed at home is also queen size.) Not much room inside the tent after you put a queen size air mattress.
It has too small vent windows for ventilation. We had camping last year in summer, my friend had that tent. That was awful experience.
As I remember it had only 1 door only.
Anyway they were sweating whole day/night inside the tent. Not enough fresh air.

Ultralight camping is so 10s for all you naysayers. Back in the 80s a standard pack load was at least 70 pounds. Go retro and go big. Leather, steel, and canvas rules!
You forgot to mention the cast iron frying pan with a belt clip…

Get a small battery-powered or rechargeable camp fan with light. We have one and it's a great. Serves as a nice tent light and white noise maker.

It has 4 vents .The rainfly pulls up on 2 sides and provides wide open ventilation. There are also 2 vents at the top of the tent. You might be the thinking of the non fresh and black version of this tent. I've used this version many times ventilation is plentiful.
Will go camping for the first time this year, this vs 4 person Coleman tent, overall, what is recommend for 2 people camping?
It depends on if you want to change your clothing laying down or standing up. Having used Coleman Sundome, and Montana tents, I would have to say the build quality of the Decathlon is superior and pitching is easier and faster as you don't have to shove poles through polyester tubes. The dark tech is awesome and prevents you from waking up drenched in sweat from the bright morning sun. All that being said, a 4-person tent will naturally have more room, but for 35 bucks you won't find a cheaper tent and can always use it to store gear if you find it too cramped. Decathlon can easily sleep 2 with gear or 3 with bedding only. A Coleman Sundome 6-person handles 3 Coleman cots well with space between for movement and some kit. I haven't used a 4-person specifically.
