Direct from valve with true warranty support it's $280. But hard to find in stock.
GameStop support will be nearly non existent.

The games are the most fun IMO but their refusal to help with the poorer performance of the Switch is too insane for me to drop good money on the Switch at full, brand new prices.
I had to buy a 1 TB SD card to make it playable. I also had to do some tweaking to make the shaders install on the SD card, as they natively install on the internal memory and eat it up pretty quickly.

It may feel like a toy but the reviews I have seen make the psportal look flimsy as hell and not worth more than 125$ also they all complained about the remote play experience. I still feel the backbone on sale is worth it more than the ps.portal
My non-OLED Steam deck works just fine on WiFi. I think it supports the newer WiFi 6 protocol because it's the fastest device for WiFi speed in our house even though our router is garbage
