Buy a power converter
Another $30 to get a voltage converter. I have not tried this one, but I have used other devices in the UK with the 200v using converter.

This seems to be a common issue..read the reviews...won't risk it
Okay I actually have an experience with this. GF got one in Korea (220v) came to the US and dyson replaced it under warranty. But the other way around (your case) Dyson was not able to because Dyson did not have one to give her. She ended up trading it with someone online. These things draw large amt power, most converters won't support it (according to the gf).
