Check overcooked for no fighting, co-op, 2-4 players.
Not sure it's in the list
Edit: Just noticed RF5 on here 🤔 May consider that one. Any other recommendations are welcome though!
Portia is pretty good. You can build stuff, design efficient workshop, scavenge for resources, and there's a social aspect. Oh yeah…a little light combat. Basically button mashing but it's fun.
Make money any number of ways. Commissions, building and selling items, mine resources and run them through your workshop, hunt or fish.
Game flow is a bit awkward. You can go from no missions for a week to 6ish depending on how things appear. You can grind for resources for hours. But if the grind is bothering you, you can pay NPCs. Just pick a lucrative fishing spot, turn cheap fish into food to sell and sell the prime fish as is.
There's about 100 hours in it if you just power through the main story. You can spend twice that as a completionist.

Thank you! I appreciate you for the response. For that price I might just have to check it out. I'm sure I could find myself spending several hours on it which would get me my money's worth for sure.

This is a horrible suggestion. Nothing makes me yell at my children more than trying to play overcooked with them.

Valkyria Chronicles is a hybrid tactical/(limited) action RPG that is fabulous. A colored pencil art style holds up really well, and I've played the game several times (though not on switch but there won't be any performance issues)
