I got this deal before Christmas. I'm surprised it didn't gain more traction as it was basically as good as some front page deals especially since you can pick the tools you need. I picked the recip saw and multi-tool, plus added the inflator at the sale price of $49. I never realized how useful a multitool is, it has tons of attachments for whatever application you need. The inflator is awesome, hands free usage. coming from a dewalt 12v ecosystem, I am loving Ryobi HP products. I also just added this week the 1/2" impact wrench from that other frontpage sale (blemished) for $65

My 5/16" impact bits get adapted onto a manual impact driver with a 1/2" square Big Grin I do wonder why people have such trouble with the impact driver / impact wrench distinction.

A few months ago, I feel like they had a better deal for the combo except they didn't allow you to choose what gift. But if you were to strictly look at value, the previous deal was better.

And most of the high value gifts are gone, which is too bad.

My dad who works in labor prefers these over DEWALT brand. They are strong and tend to do the job just fine. For the average office guy this is way more than enough.

Ryobi tools for me are the best bang for the buck. It was my first tools when I started construction. Did me good until I moved up to DeWalt . I still have some Ryobi tools that are over 8 years old and still run like a champ .
