Demand should be showing more price elasticity. Some of the inflation is structural from inflationary money printing and low interest rates, but a meaningful portion is also profit grabbing by retailers. I BELIEVE Kroger was caught admitting a primary profit mover was price increases in an earnings call over the last year or two.

Update: Seriously? Getting downvoted because I pointed out they have quality control issues? If you have read enough reviews on Victorinox knives, you will see other people had this issue too. (The attached photo is from a different model, but you can see my point)

Elon did the same thing...moved into a $50k tiny home to not be distracted by things.
