Read through the reviews. A few from December 2023 complained of mold in the product and that though it was sealed, appeared to have been exposed to moisture. In addition, some had mentioned expiration dates of less than 2 months. I'm thinking they may be trying to clear out a bad batch.
Recommend you read the reviews before purchasing.
12 servings..
Not going to knock anyone for how they spend their money, but I'd think twice before giving your hard earned cash to these supplement companies. Many times the beneficial ingredients aren't dosed at high enough volume to matter and the biggest feelings you'll get come from the caffeine alone — which may not always be a good thing depending on your heart health. That tingling sensation on your skin? That's beta-alanine.

I've been lifting for nearly two decades now and, at this point, I don't supplement anything other than black coffee before the gym and some occasional protein powder throughout the day. Eventually you will find that most everything out there that isn't steroids is snake oil and even proven supplements (i.e. creatine and the like) are probably not worth the money spent.

I bought the strawberry watermelon one that was on the front page maybe a week ago and the expiration date was 12/23 and it had a glob of mold in the bottom. Haven't even opened it, just noticed cause the bottom is clear

100% marketing - you're absolutely right - SARMS, Steroids, GH, are where true pro's will find substantial gains. The human body just isn't designed to grow with 'normal' supplements. If you're a typical person and not a pro lifter then your advice is spot on - just eat well and forget about supplements.

This at Costco and other retailers; has extra green tea compound to aid in fat burning. The caffeine amount per pill is also not crazy (just 85 mg) so you can adjust based on your needs.
https://www.costco.com/green-tea-...40855.html

If you want a stronger one, Cellucore sells the super HD fat burner that has 165 mg of caffeine per pill plus other "fat burning" ingredients, that is quite effective but gives me the dizziness and the cold sweat and the palpitations half the time, but that's just me being sensitive to something in it probably.
It has a 25% off coupon for me right now at Aamzon:
Cellucor Super HD for Men & Women - Enhance Focus and Increase Energy - Capsimax, Green Tea Extract, 160mg Caffeine & More 60 Servings https://a.co/d/21Ydgk5

As far as pre-workouts go, OP's posted C4 shred is a pretty good one with mostly standard well researched ingredients. Cellucore is also a reputable brand. At this price, it comes out close to buying all those ingredients separately and mixing by yourself, so it's a good deal for a finished product. The caffeine pre serving is pretty high but you can just take half a serving and still feel pretty pumped, while stretching it to 24 servings!

Please be careful with green tea extract. In high doses, it's a known cause of liver failure resulting in liver transplant.

I have this pre currently, and the serving size is two scoops. I can say with certainty that I've gotten more than twelve serving out of this container - closer to 20.

I agree that this stuff and countless other preworkouts can be quite snake oil-y. I agree that there are cheaper alternatives to the caffeine contained in preworkout. I take this stuff for the convenience - you get the caffeine, citruline, creatine and beta alanine in a convenient package that you can easily throw into some water and drink on your way to the gym. Taste isn't terrible either.

That's right. Nowadays, they don't put as much in supplements to be unsafe, but it's better to be cautious and not take more than the daily recommended dose.

So the nutritional facts state 20 servings but the picture on the tin says 12? What gives?
