I purchased this the last time and am quite satisfied with its performance for specific tasks. It's particularly useful for washing the salt and winter dirt grime off my car during the winter. I found some other uses I didn't even think of, like cleaning the bottom of the shower curtain, which tends to get grimy, and regular cleaners don't quite do the job. I've used it for cleaning siding on the house, washing crud off my trailer wheels, etc. I keep discovering various applications for it, and the 300psi works exceptionally well for smaller tasks.

It's worth noting that regular pressure washer accessories are not compatible with it; you can only use what it comes with. But what I like most is being able to fill up a 5-gallon bucket of water and bring it to where I need to wash something with more force than a hose, and it's easier than hauling out 50 feet of hose. Additionally, the PSI on this exceeds what any hose can provide!

Lastly, the soap bottle is not included, although it's shown in the pictures; that is an additional add-on you must purchase separately.

I could be remembering wrong but I thought this was the pressure washer that broke and people said it was no more powerful then a regular garden hose?

However reviews on Walmart and Amazon looks solid. 30 bucks isn't bad with the battery and worst case I could use it on my leaf blower from Sun Joe in case it turns out to be a waste. Tempted as I wash my car at home a lot.

I have this from a previous $30 deal and I'm considering one as backup as I think it's worth it at this price. I want to push the temperature limits of hot water with my current one.

So, as others have already said this is much closer to a garden hose with sprayer than a real pressure washer, this has a working pressure around 200-250 PSI so still more than 40-60 psi of a garden hose but not quite the 2000+ psi of real pressure washers.

What you cannot do with a garden hose is use it literally everywhere (you have to be close enough to a spigot and with this you just carry a pre-filled bucket)

Another thing you can't do with a garden hose is spraying anything else than water at ambient temperature.

With this cordless cleaner you can spray somewhat warmer water (less than around 60° C though and definitely not boiling or some components and seals will fail) and also I use it to spray rinseless wash solution when doing rinseless washes, before actual contact wash with mitt/sponge/towel.

If car is really really dirty, I do haul the real pressure washer once in a while to remove mud, etc. before rinseless wash, although this could be made in coin operated car wash too if you have one really close to home.

Also, for very small tasks, instead of using the whole separate bucket and hose, you can use a 1.5L bottle of "smart water" or 2L coke bottle, you'd just need to find some adapters from Temu or Aliexpress but they're extremely cheap a couple of dollars, you'd find them by searching:

"Adapter For Car Washing Pressure Washer Gun With Drink Bottle High Pressure Cleaner Water Gun Hose Quick Connection"

and

"5pcs Universal Quick Hose Connector 4/6 End Double Male Hose Coupling Joint Adapter For Hose Pipe Tube Garden Irrigation". - one of this is already included but feels like it could break with the weight of the bottle if you're not careful enough, but again replacements are very cheap, barely a few cents each.

Lastly SunJoe batteries are one of the cheapest in the market compared to other brands, you can buy more of these 2.0 mAh as low as $5 each on ebay if you buy a lot of 3 or 4 for example, or like $10 for just one, there are a lot of listings

We use it with a rinseless car wash in the bucket. Spray it on with this and just wipe it off, and you're done! Here's the wash we use: WOLFGANG CONCOURS SERIES Uber SiO2 Rinseless Wash

For 30 bucks, it's not bad. Good to wash your car if you do access to a water supply.

The quality is not their with SunJoe, they do not last and they beat around the bush about their warranty. I've had numerous tools and battery fail after a couple of uses, and the tools were only a few months old. Ryobi is way better quality than SunJoe and that's saying something.

It's not terrible for the price. I've used it to clean roof eves for painting prep and walls. It's not a replacement for a power washer by any means. It's main use is a portable sprayer with the pressure of a garden hose with a sprayer attachment. If you can carry a bucket of water to a point of use then you can use it. It's compact and portable, stand alone.

About the durability and quality of sun joe, it's hit and miss all around. Your not going to beat this thing up or toss it around. For $30 it's a bargain. Just remember it's $30 when it's no longer of use. You want high quality and performance add another few hundred dollars to the price.

It's not a PRESSURE washer and Yes it's not much (if any) better than an average garden Hose.

But if you Don't have Access to hose, this is an alternative. It will suck water out of a bucket or lake and then you can spray it on a car or boat , whatever. It just doesn't have much flow.

Tempted. I usually wash my car with only a bucket and sponges. So I'm not too picky.

To those that have one, what are the threads for the soap bottle it doesn't come with? Like will a pop bottle gatorade bottle work?
