I had this problem too. There used to be a pickup option to not reserve a time or something and it would remove the fee but it's not there anymore. Charging fees to pickup an item is ridiculous and makes ordering online for pickup useless now

Do you need to actually pickup your order before the Walmart Cash shows up in your account? I was hoping to use it to buy another bottle so I could pick everything up in one go.

That makes this not such a good deal then. The price could change and I'd have to make two trips. I'm probably not gonna bother picking it up.

The price does not change, it stays the same. It just takes a couple of days for the rebate to be applied to your account for future purchases.

Maybe I'm not understand your question. You have to buy 2 to get the $3 rebate. Then you just use the $3 for future purchases.
