I did this last year when they had a similar deal. They kept shipping after the subscription should have ended.
Cancelled after first shipment.
They started sending snail mail and calling daily trying to collect their payment.
I finally talked to a sane person there, citing the day I cancelled and she put it all to a stop.
I won't be signing up for this or any other deal again.

damn...wish i seen this instead of signing up for my nephew. Should I call them up to cancel the entire thing? I dont want it to auto renew and have them harass me or my my sister for payment lol.

I've ordered the last two times from Highlights when they've been on sale and use the same name and address, it appears to extend the existing subscription based on the mailing label date. I don't know if this is always the case, but I've never received two of the same magazine in the mail. I know discountmags.com does this, they extend your subscription if you use the same address info.

Got in but can't make an account to cancel auto-renewal without the Customer number. That's pretty crummy.

The only nuisance part of this I've experienced is that this then delays the associated renewal communication for the third party resellers (like Blue Dolphin). Otherwise I've yet to have them fail to attach the latest order to the existing subscription (and it's been some time since I've every experienced this with any such magazine order).

Signed up for this a few years ago and had multiple extra charges for things we didn't order- hidden pictures and something else. Had to call and argue.

Surprised they haven't gotten a boot in rear from the consumer protection people.

You can combine 2 codes, there's a few that work, one of the best combos is GENIUS and JIFFY20 for a total of $3.60 per subscription
