I had very bad experience for Visible when "swap deal" was going on
So, sometimes it works. There are steps to do on both sides. Tello creates a limited-time porting pin.
Sucks yours did not go as well. I hope you get it fixed.
(By the way, on porting out, I learned that Tello stated they would park a phone number for $3 a month).
My last conversation with them, the visible supervisor said that they had the ported number but that there was a backend issue on their side that they would need to work out and to expect an email when it was fixed. Then two hours later I get an email saying they investigated further and they don't actually have the number and are back to blaming Verizon (who insists it's been ported). And of course, there is no way to reply to the email. You have to start over using the messaging app.

What's best way for a current Visible SDer to take advantage of this offer? Port out to another carrier for a few days, then sign up again, with a new email? Will they treat you as a new customer or refuse based on the phone number? If this could work, what carrier to port out to for a short time?
