Not Budget, CHEAP latop....

I am looking for a CHEAP laptop. Not "budget", not refurb, only new. Specs don't matter just new and around $100-$200. Low res, low memory, etc fine. Windows O/S ONLY.

I convinced the person I was helping to find this to increase their budget to $300. They did and got a decent deal from Microcenter.
