Not entirely sure they're the same exact ones, but Costco has a 3 pack for $180 that was posted last week. I don't know enough about this brand.

The tri-band claim is a bit misleading. It's only Wifi6 (2.4/5GHz), not 6E. The "tri" bit comes in the form of a dedicated 5GHz antenna for the backhaul link.

From the specs page on the TP-Link site
Quote :
Tri-Band
Provides an extra 5 GHz band working exclusively as the strong backhaul, strengthening the WiFi coverage

The Costco ones are only dual-band, these are like 2.5 band with an extra 5GHz antenna that's used exclusively to link the nodes together. These are probably the better deal, unless you're going to use ethernet as the backhaul link.

I think this is basically correct. I'm looking at the same two options and trying to figure out if it's worth $30 more for the Costco unit. My understanding is that if using wired backhaul the Costco model will theoretically offer slightly better performance as it has 4 5ghz streams where this unit only has 2 or 3 (depending on which is used for the backhaul). Without a wired backhaul the Walmart unit should provide slightly higher speeds.

If you need 3 units, the Costco model is a better deal as this only has 2.

If you only need 2 units and will be using wireless backhaul the Walmart model is a better deal.
